PCB ASSEMBLY / FROM PROTOTYPE TO REPEAT BUILDS

Your board.
Every component.
One build plan.

Bring fabrication, component procurement and assembly into one coordinated scope. Start with a prototype, then build a repeatable release for your next batch.

assembly services

Assembly that fits your design.

Choose the technologies and operations your board needs. We confirm the manufacturing and inspection scope from your files.

Surface-mount assembly

Placement and reflow for surface-mount components, with board-side, orientation and package requirements defined before release.

Through-hole & mixed technology

Bring leaded connectors and mechanical components into the assembly sequence alongside SMT parts.

BGA & fine-pitch review

Flag hidden joints and demanding packages early so process requirements and inspection coverage can be reviewed.

FLEXIBLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Who supplies the parts?

The right sourcing model depends on your inventory, approved vendors and purchasing priorities.

Choose your starting point

Full turnkey: include your complete BOM and sourcing requirements.

Full turnkey

Combine bare-board fabrication, component purchasing and assembly in one quotation. Provide exact manufacturer part numbers and identify which substitutions require approval.

Partial turnkey

Supply selected or long-lead items yourself. List the quantities, packaging and planned arrival date so the remaining parts can be coordinated.

Consigned assembly

Provide the boards and components. Agree on incoming inventory, spare quantities, handling and the assembly instructions before scheduling.

build process

A controlled path to assembled boards.

Confirm the release package and acceptance requirements before manufacturing.

01 / Engineering & sourcing

Review file consistency, component availability and special operations. Record any approved changes against the board revision.

02 / Assembly & programming

Coordinate the assembly sequence with any firmware programming and handling requirements included in the quotation.

03 / Inspection & acceptance

Agree on visual/AOI, X-ray where appropriate, and functional test scope. Document the test procedure and required results.

A QUOTE-READY PACKAGE

The right files.
Fewer open questions.

Use one board revision across your complete file set. You can submit the files online or send them to Stan by email.
