Prepare placement data
Supply reference designators, coordinates, rotation, board side and matching assembly drawings. State the origin and units used in the placement export.
Identify sensitive components
Highlight fine-pitch packages, moisture-sensitive parts, polarity requirements and components with special temperature or handling limits.
Agree on verification
Define the appropriate inspection scope and any functional test or firmware programming needed for the finished assembly. Confirm process suitability from the actual design files.
