Core files
Gerber and drill data for fabrication, BOM for sourcing and pick-and-place data for assembly.
Assembly instructions
Include orientation drawings, polarity notes, special operations, programming and test instructions. Define units and coordinate origin where relevant.
Release control
Ensure every document references the same board revision. Include a contact who can resolve engineering questions.
